From the far east and south east Asia (except Japan) to the gulf and the Indian subcontinent region
Every 20 ft twenty-foot equivalent of $437, $874 per 40 feet to move
From Japan to the gulf and the Indian subcontinent region
Every 20 ft twenty-foot equivalent of $334, $668 per 40 feet to move
From the far east and southeast Asia (including Japan) to the red sea region
Every 20 ft twenty-foot equivalent of $585, $1170 per 40 feet to move
